The item smelled like death. It took some time to air out, so make sure you open the box quickly and put the frame somewhere decently ventilated. Thankfully it arrived in pristine condition with nothing ajar or broken, and the beetles are gorgeous.

We love these, except the reek. I have been airing them out for over a month and they still stink.

Recvd item. Opened it up and 1 of the beetles had come loose and fallen off the display!!!! This is a birthday gift for my granddaughter and I am disappointed that she will be receiving it not in a full display!!
