Best candle not completely drip free but draft will occasionally cause small drips . Price is right and white is just as romantic as any color when it’s lit. Usually buy it at Christmas time as it is great with the advent wreath. Great as a dinner romantic light too.

Came in time to use when the power went out for 7 days after hurricane Helenie struck in South Carolina on September 27th.Each pack gives 24 hours of light. Came in 2 packs per pack for 48 hours of burn time.Drip resistance, 4" tall candle.

I was really hoping for an ivory color like what is shown in the description! These are almost a translucent light purple color. It doesn't show as much in my pic but in person it's very obviously not white!

these must be in a plastic jar with tight lid or the container, if they came in one..so they will not get wet?? not sure if they will melt in summer heat..not up here in Northern Canada..and be sure tio have matches that are also safety ones..but have to be in a water tight container..these items arfe only for emergencies and not to be used for pleasure. remember the virginia I95 19 hour wait in snow !! and dont put them near the windshield. also have food..I put halloween candy in a plastic jar with tight lid and blankets..those light weight fleece ones help and have a good flashlight that kids don't play with and check the weather b4 long trips...have fun

Because I was anxious about an area power failure, I purchased these candles for standby use.Although I didn't need them, I'm glad that they're here. Just in case..The candles appear to be Sturdy and should I need them, I've no doubt that they will work just fine.

Bought these because we live in Hurricane zone in South Carolina, so you never know when you may lose power.Also i needed some candles for holders. These burn very nicely for a "taper" candle. the wick does not really need tobe trimmed before lighting, they are fairly short already. They give off a very nice amount of light , which i was suprised but pleased with.Now they do say that the candles are .74" in diameter, but my holders are that size and these candles are a little smaller than that.Not all that much but it is enough where i will be putting some foil around the base of the candle just in case. I have not tried to burn themdown completely , as i really do not need to as of yet so i can not vouch for the fact that they will burn for 4 1/2 hours, but i am hoping they are correct on that.I will be testing that theory out over the weekend so will update this review with information.
