My purchase of this item was to reduce single use plastics. I also was hopeful to solve an issue I found with other reusable bags not working with stores scanners. It sometimes works with the scanners and eco-friendly quality may be limited. On the positive side they are washable and reusable!

I purchased this to share peaches from a box. This works very well for sharing fruit and vegetables decent quality at a great price.

A friend gave me one of these produce bags, and I love it, so I ordered these 12. Problem is, they have big plastic balls at the end of the strings, which are cumbersome and defeat the environmental purpose. Those plastic balls take oil to produce them and they are not at all needed to close the bag. In fact, the clunk around and make noise in the grocery bag and in the dryer when I wash them. So... I removed each plastic ball myself, one at a time, and retied the strings in a knot at the end, which works better and looks better. Next time, I will buy different bags that don't have them... 🫤
