This provides for great airflow. My orchid I bought as a sad plant with the beginnings of root rot, is doing fantastic. The pots are sturdy and good sizes, but I wish there were an 8 in size as well for my newest rescue orchid.

Repotted my spent Trader Joe orchids in some bark in these pots. They’re thriving a year later. Sturdy and pretty. Roots can exit the side. Like that you can dunk the entire planter when watering and also the saucer to catch drips and protect furniture.

Got an orchid as a gift...they always die..but someone told me about these orchid pots. So, i did transplant into the pot using an orchid/mulch/bark stuff and some mist for the leaves, etc. So far, the flowers are still there and the air circulation thru the pot is apparently keeping things from getting too wet. Orchids are pretty finicky so we'll see how this goes.. (-; The dark green pot(s) are pretty and seem like a good price.

These are nice pots for orchids, who need air for their roots….yet the pots are nice enough looking to put out on display. Seem well made, and nicely sized.

My planters arrived yesterday in perfect condition. They are so pretty without detracting from my plants! They are a lightweight ceramic which means they are great for putting on my plant stand, but they do feel as if they would break easily. As long as you aren't rough with them or drop them they'll be fine. Overall great product and highly recommend.
