There weren't any other reviews and so I was worried that this was going to be a bust buy. I hate returning things, and it's so difficult to buy things with just a few pictures online sometimes... But I am SO glad that I took the risk with this one. I use them as a dispenser for my swedish dish towels, and they are absolutely perfect. I love that you can use it has either a drop-down dispenser or from the top. I actually ended up using the middle slit as the dispensing area and I stacked one box on top of the other. I originally had planned to mount it on the wall, but it looks so great just as a standalone, that I kept it on my counter.These boxes are beautiful, well-made, and sturdy. Like the title says, beautiful and functional. I'm looking around to see if there's anything else I having the house that can utilize these as an exhaust to get more.I couldn't be happier with this purchase. If you're thinking about getting one, just take the plunge and do it!

This paper towel dispenser looks as shown in the product images and works as described. I like how it looks and functions wallmounted. The lid top shelf is a nice touch. I am less thrilled with the countertop presentation. it's okay and serves the purpose but I dont like that the top is pretty much totally open. I really wish that the opening was just in the front for pulling out the paper towels when on countertop display. They do show this in the product pictures but i didn't quite catch how very open the bottom/top is. We have dogs, cats, kids and having a covered top would be more ideal with the cat fur and dust and such that can get on stuff. That said if you plan to wall mount this is a non-issue. :-)4 stars

I got this to replace the serviceable but plain, commercial-looking acrylic paper towel dispenser (for use with disposable C-Fold, Z-Fold or Trifold Paper Towels) I’ve been using on my bathroom countertop for the past year and I’m glad I did as this one looks so much better.I happened to come across this style on Amazon and ordered it right away because of its attractive design — I liked the clean white wood finish with the natural wood lid and the lovely carved diagonal lines which give it a stylish and elegant look. It’s as sturdy and well made as I’d hoped.I also like its versatility as it can be used in either of two ways:1. attached to the wall with the natural wood cover (you can use it as a shelf) to pull the paper towels DOWN (has a side slot to monitor when the towels need replacing), or2. placed on a shelf without the cover (use it as a tray, if you like) to pull the paper towels UPI’m thinking of getting a second one for the kitchen and yet another as a gift.

This is a paper towel holder. It holds the folded paper towels that you usually see in commercial bathrooms. It mounts on the wall or sits on the countertop. I'm using it on the countertop. The decor is white with a light wood top or bottom. Whether the wood is at the top or bottom depends on wall mount vs. countertop. It has a farmhouse decor vibe. It is sturdy and easily wiped clean. I like having the paper towels all neatly contained in the holder. I like the product.
