Easy enough to make but was missing a unit. Glad to not have to lay out, measure and cut and then fold all that tissue paper. Great time saver and just the right touch for a themed party.

These went to a teacher's spring bulletin board. They are very festive. The come flat and the tissue paper needs to be fluffed. But the teachers tell me it was kind of fun to fluff them. The board looks very pretty and the kids, teachers, parents all love it.

These were BEAUTIFUL but took for freaking ever to create. It should come with a warning that you will need to allow 15x longer than you think you need to get these all done.
