I like these. They burn for about an hour according to the timer on the ceiling light I use. They don't appear to drip wax as they burn, there's never black wax anywhere after they burn, other than a little puddle that's left from the last few bits. So their good for avoiding the typical mess candles make as they burn. The flame is kinda massive, I'd say roughly an inch big, so not good to have anything about it when it burns, so I don't know if I'd use them on a shelf or something. Anytime I get wax on my fingers it has a nice burn to it, not too hot and stinging like some candles can be, so these could be good for wax play too, they also produce a lot of wax really quickly too when you hold a flame up to them. The wax also hardens pretty quickly too.

I was literally shocked when I opened this package and saw how heavy these candles were. Ya know how some just feel light and cheap and the color is like a clearish gray black and not like a solid black. These are solid and the wick is 100% cotton. Definitely would recommend and buy again.

They burn as expected. Nothing unusual to report. They’re candles. Hard to screw that up. :D

These are very high maintenance candles. You can cut the wick shorter before you light it, but it burns weird to where it becomes long again and it has to be cut. Otherwise the candle will burn up faster since the flame triples in size and makes a black smoke. So I constantly have to keep checking it. Be careful with these, watch where you put them lest you burn your house down! But I got 20 for $5 so you get what you pay for. They're good for the price!

I used these in a Christmas window candle holder . The elec burned out, so I removed the little bulbs and wires and substituted these candles. Perfect!

I used to buy these and they were well made and clean white. Now they come looking cheap, dirty and sticky and many arrived broken. Def not buying these anymore.
