These are aluminum, and are not non-stick. Must be well buttered before use, and also must be hand washed. Size is good.

Used the first time and the cleaning process was a disaster. Let them soak for 3 days. Ended up getting steel wool pads to clean.

Although they worked fine the first time I used them, when they came out of the dishwasher they looked like this! I am not sure that they can be used again.
