The portability is great when we are traveling in the camper. This storage item is for a young girl, my granddaughter, who is just learning to sew. It is adequate for a beginning seamstress, but not big enough for most serious and longterm seamstresses.

Got this in black, and it holds and organizes more than the usual ‘train case’ makeup case.I’m able to put all my makeup, skin care, sunscreen, hair items, hair brushes and perfume in it.The zippers tend to stick a bit at the corners, but that’s because he walls of the case are not rigid and they sag. It helps to hold the handle and pull the case up a bit while zipping.

I got this for my 8 year old because she inherited 2 old broken plastic ones full of sewing stuff to consolidate into its smaller than them but good size and storage options for a beginner sewer or a general household sewing kit

Nice canvas with good compartments but I thought it would be much larger. This is about the size of a slightly large makeup kit, much smaller than my sewing machine.I also expected it hold up better, to be more firm—less collapsible.Had to return it.

I have seen a lot of ppl not happy with the soft sides of this case, but for my needs; this case is just fine! It is large enough to house all of my sewing supplies that I use for work. I work in furniture and needed something to hold all the difference things I use in a day to do my job and this case fit the bill. And it won't be cumbersome to carry back and forth either!
