I expected low quality leather look material, I was pleasantly surprised. The material, while not actual leather, does look pretty good. Lots of room inside. I did have to modify the computer pocket a bit to allow my 17" HP laptop to fit, which is why I took one star off.

I ordered this just to have a bigger bag when I need to bring my laptop somewhere so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a bag so i wasnt expecting it to be very high quality. I was surprised at the quality of the bag as a whole especially the zippers. Ive.purchased other bags in this price range and they were never close to.the quality of this one. Three separate people complimented me on the bag the first day i used it and now I use this as my primary bag instead of the one I paid.close to $200 for.

Has used it for about three months as my primary work bag, but today my bag strap failed as the clip broke while walking. Wish it was more durable after using for such a short time.
