I've had it up and down for 2 years. No frayed edges, sun damage, or tears. Came in true to color. It's been through storms with heavy rain and heavy wind. Water does leak through, it's best to have it at a slop so it runs down to drip but if not pulled tight enough, it will pool and drip in the middle. I do have it on a pullie line, so we took it down when we had time knowing storms were coming. But not with those pop up or wind storms. It was hard to handle that large of a sail on my own. Definitely worth the purchase if just to provide shade over a large area

I really like it! I hope for simple but elegant patterns in the future and more color options but so far this seems to be a quality product. I got a 20 ft by 8 ft and used it as a privacy fence with cable underneath to keep my dogs in my yard and provide some shade for my grass since we lost a tree. Way cheaper and easier than a privacy fence. And I will be happy if it lasts as long as a good paint job

Something to understand is that you cannot hide from the heat. You may hide from the direct sunlight, and hopefully, the wind keeps you cool. Great shade as the sun moves through the day.The quality is holding up against the tough North Carolina sun. You must follow the measurement instructions for easy installation. The value of the product is worth it all. The appearance, stitching, and stretchiness are holding up after enduring two storms with winds up to 17 mph.

Cools the porch off significantly! Installed 3 months ago and it seems to be holding up well. I couldn’t get enough angle on it to help sheet water flow and it does collect water in the middle. Rain water drains through and when it dries it tightens back up. Easy to setup! Size was accurate.

Bought for wife to use to cover above ground swimming pool. Added some ground anchors to for the 4 corners, quality rubber bungies and done just fine in 60-70 mph winds without an issue. I'm sure would make a great canopy/screen cloth as well.

If anything it works to well, keeps the sun of the wife and I while skin bathing in the pool works a Little to well does tend to make the pool little chilly so if you’re a guy you’re familiar with the potential issues there, but it does it job and does it good also have one on my back porch

I bought this shade canopy for, obviously, our outside patio area. I was really able to make the area comfortable and love it. However, even though the material is not a waterproof barrier as stated, rain still caught and was held toward the center which caused extreme stretch. So much so that being 5‘10“ tall, I could skim my head on a canopy when I walked underneath it. The canopy was originally installed to be an 8ft+ cover.
