The wine key is double hinged for a 2 step cork removal process.Additionally, it's not just a corkscrew. It's a foil cutter and bottle opener too.They come in a variety of colors. The pink, purple, and baby blue are beautiful colors! This makes it easy to spot this gadget in a kitchen drawer, purse, etc. There are two wine keys (of the same color) in each box. Dear Shakey, I would love to have a box with two different colored keys instead of two of the same color please.

The product is ok but the point isn’t sharp so sometimes is complicated to open the wines

My wife got me this wine key as a gift and I love it! Since it came in a pair, I have a backup in case I need it or maybe I'll give it to a friend as a gift. I like the baby blue color (which is the one I picked). What I received is exactly as pictured. I like that there are different color options. Honestly, it wasn't easy to choose just one! It is lightweight which makes it easy to use. I like all the different features; it's not just a corkscrew. It took me a minute to figure out the two-step cork removal but following the pictures on the listing was very helpful and made pulling out the cork a breeze. I also especially like the sharp foil cutter. I usually use a knife and I worry about it dulling my knives so, having a dedicated foil cutter is so much better. This is a great product that I would recommend!

This is a bartenders best friend. Lightweight, durable, super functional. The knife is sharp enough to cut through more than just foil on a wine bottle and the double hinges really assist when opening stubborn corks. The design is also ergonomically and fits comfortably in my hand. Super impressed with this product so happy I made this purchase!

Poor quality, broke cork the one time I used it. No fulcrum leverage after screwing into cork, making it non-functional

This is a simple tool used for removing corks, so there's really not much to say. The build quality is great, solid, and doesn't appear to have any defects that lead me to believe it'll break any time soon. The fact that there's two of these means that I'll likely never have to buy any again, so for the price, they're great!If there any weird issues like they begin inexplicably rusting or anything, I'll come back and update my review.

First, I really like the light blue color. It's easy to find in a drawer full of kitchen gadgets. I already own a similar one from a grocery chain with the initials T.J., and I wanted another one for travel and picnic purposes.It does work to remove the cork from a wine bottle. However, I'm not sure how long it will last if you're someone who opens wine bottles on a regular basis. There is a lot of play at the connection of the corkscrew to the crosspiece, and the metal and pin feel on the thin side. I would imagine that it would be the point of failure and would snap off when pulling the cork out of the bottle.When compared to my existing wine bottle opener, the metal construction feels more flimsy. The corkscrew itself is shorter and has a tighter coil. It doesn't seem to affect it's ability to pull the cork out.This will do in a pinch and when used occasionally, but I sense that it will fail sooner than similarly designed openers. I probably wouldn't order it again.
