Great quality! My first foray into pasta making. Would definitely buy this again but shouldn't have to. It's heavy duty and cleans super easily. With the proper pressure, it cuts through dough like butter.

I used to have one of these and couldn’t find it recently but wanted to make a recipe calling for scalloped edges. This works great and while it’s not antique like my original one it does the job.
