I have ordered these a few times now. They are perfect for making Birthday/Celebration boards. They are small but I have not broken or bent one yet. They appear to be really sturdy!

Made a couple wooden initials for my two granddaughters, to personalize their Christmas stockings, hang on the tree or whatever they want. The rose color was perfect to go with the wood. Quality was great. The threads looked and worked really good. I did not pre-drill a hole in the wood, instead I used a small nail / brad to make a starter hole in the wood and then just screwed in the eyelet. The repurposed pallet wood was pretty hard and the threads held tight. IF using in softer wood / material, you could always apply some glue to the threads.

I ordered these I am really happy with them.....but I wish they were smaller! I thought the 4mm was the whole size and not just the screw part....so unfortunately they are to big for my project....but non the less they are good quality product and would recommend them! xxxxx

If you're planning to use these in hardwood, save yourself the headache and buy yourself a 1/32" drill bit and some wood glue. I broke a lot of these, most snapped off in the wood and I came close to throwing my project in the trash until I figured out how to make it work.Predrill a hole using a 1/32" drill bit. Drill the hole as deep as you want the eyehook to go.Put some wood glue on the screw side of the eyehookStick the eyehook in the hole, you may need to screw it in a little by hand.Let the glue dry and you're all set.

These are my go-to eye pin screws for my resin pieces. I use them for some small clay earrings as well. For clay projects, I recommend inserting these BEFORE you bake them. Your piece is less likely to crack with that method. For resin pieces, use a jewelry screwdriver to make a whole then screw these in. I recommend within 48 hours of demolding (of course that depends on the cure time for your resin) this way the piece is cured but not so rigid yet that it'll crack. Strong and sturdy
