Honestly, I was a bit skeptical that a $50 steam cleaner would be any good. Many list for 4-5X that much. I was wrong, this heats fast, dispenses a good shot of steam and is ideal if you want to do a deep clean of hardwood floors once or twice a year. If you are constantly steaming a very large area, then you would likely want a heavier duty cleaner with a bigger water reservoir, etc. If you have a normal sized house and use it occasionally, this is a great deal. It's also fairly small to store when not being used. Overall for my purpose, it's the ideal tool.

Works as described and does a good job of cleaning porcelain tile floor. Good quality for price. The mop cover was very dirty after cleaning floor and used mop cover is washable in washing machine. Cleans quickly. Cord could be longer to save having to plug it in different outlets to reach all tile areas.

I needed a new steam mop as my old one had called it quits. I wanted something not too high on the price point, but also a trusted brand. All I needed was a basic steam mop, so this one fit the overall bill. So far after having it for a number of months it is working very well. The tank size is good enough for my kitchen, bathroom and hardwood floors in the living room and hallway, but we have a relatively small to medium-sized space. The amount of steam it produces is acceptable, and the pads that come with it attach firmly to the base and wash well. The only complaint I have is the tank is really annoying to remove. You have to tilt it a little before you pull it out, and even that isn't a perfect method. Other than that I have no complaints, and I hope it lasts!

I bought this due to have a walking toddler now, and it has been the best purchase I’ve made so far! It make little to no noise, picks up the hard stains on my tiles, and has a refreshing smell. I used it on my wood tiles and regular tiles and they look amazing. It easy to use as it doesn’t require a lot of labor. Over all its a good product for the price point it is at.

Takes a bit of getting used to but works great. So nice to get rid of the soap build up on my laminate wood floors. Dries fast and cleans really well. This even got caulk off my memory phone mat that I couldn't scrub off by hand. I don't have a lot of area so the the tank has enough water. It is awkward trying to empty the leftover water but other than that pretty easy to use.

Compact and easy to pack up/assemble. Super light weight. The mop pads are really nice and clean well. Pads also stick well to bottom of mop so you don’t have to worry about them sliding off while mopping!

I recently ran into some health problems, and after months of being misdiagnosed I finally found a good doctor who figured it out. Norwegian scabies are incredibly difficult to get rid of. After failing treatment a couple times (where I was covering myself with sulfur day after day and cleaning the entire house multiple times a day) I ended up getting this steam mop and credit it as making the difference that finally helped me beat the bugs.The steam that comes out of the mop head on hi gets up to and stays around 85 degrees Celsius after 3 minutes or so. Most mites can not survive temperatures greater than 60 degrees Celsius. Using this tool made my daily cleanings a breeze (actually looked forward to steaming, much more fun than the vacuum and scrubbing), and since I've been cleared I've found many more uses for it (just today I used the handheld mode to clean my car).The handheld mode is awesome for so many situations, it is unfortunate that the head for handheld mode can not be replaced, but I've gotten around that a few different ways:1) Using old (clean) socks, chenille socks work especially well and are actually much easier to load onto the attachment than the stock head.2) Zip tying the less used triangle heads to the attachment (I figured out a way to do this where I can just pop it off and on pretty easily without having to cut/use more zip ties).3) Clamping a microfiber cloth to the attachment.I love how the handheld mode uses the trigger instead of just staying on, so I can get it to just the right temperature to clean more sensitive surfaces like painted drywall (1-5 second bursts as recommended in the manual). I love how light it is, and how easy it is to refill using the supplied measuring container. I use distilled water (as recommended in the manual) from my home distiller and it cleans glass with zero streaking, beautiful. I've found this also seems to amplify the cleaning effect of any cleaning chemicals I pretreat the floor with for more stubborn grime, and definitely beats getting down on all fours to scrub the floor with soap and water the old fashioned way.I also got a cheap extension cord so I can reach the entire house from one outlet. The included cord is long enough for most quick jobs and short enough to keep the weight and bulk down. I love how there's a clip by the handle that keeps the cord conveniently out of my way. I love how I can take off the mop head and use the empty bracket to easily steam our carpets and iron out our rugs. I wash the heads in "sport wash" (the manual recommends gentle detergent) and that seems to keep them scrubbing as well as day one.I very rarely write reviews, but this mop literally changed my life for the better, and things like that are rare.This thing is a real MacGyver's dream.

Excelente producto, funciona super bien y las manchas difÃciles se van de volada, de las mejores inversiones que he hecho. Llevo 3 meses con ella y funciona bien. Por cuidado de la misma sugiero quitar el mop sucio y quitar el tanque del agua para evitar se oxide y riegue el agua como he leÃdo en algunos comentarios.

con el Shark la boquilla esta mucho mas limpio. Tengo un perro y cuando ella toma agua la mitad sale la boca y deja manchas en la boquilla. El Shark limpia la boquilla y todo el piso es mejor.

Absolutely ADORE this thing! It comes with two floor pads so you can use it right away. I love that all you need is water and a wall outlet - no expensive, stinky, residue-leaving products to use. I can steam mop the floor and not worry about my pets licking their paws after walking on it. I can have my friend's kids over and not worry about them getting chemicals on their skin. The automatic steaming using the 'mopping' motion is absolutely fabulous - you don't have to pump the steam out or 'prime' it by squeezing the handle, it just auto-steams with the motion of the mop. It gets my floors SO clean, I couldn't believe the grime that came up after only one pass. I have light floors and I could even see a color difference after I went over it a few times.Trivial, but I also love the color - it even LOOKS clean! My one gripe is that the mop-heads get absolutely filthy and washing them doesn't seem to help so they will need to be bleached every couple months or so but... that's a common problem for most mops. I can't sing this thing's praises enough, I will never get another regular mop again!
