Works great, but it’s a quite loud , and it’s heavy. When using, it cannot balance itself, but all of its weight is in your hand. It maneuvers too easily. If you’re not careful enough with turning, it can flop over, falling out of your hands. It actually causes me pain. I got this because I have long hair and pets. I love this vacuum because it’s really amazing, but with aging and weakening health problems dealing with physical ailments, I find it to be cumbersome. I’m not even elderly, but I don’t recommend it for anyone who is.
