Much lower cost than local hardware store and saved a round trip to go get them.

I'm replacing most of my copper water piping due to leaks and peace of mind. This is one of a handful of crimp fittings I'm using to connect copper to Pex and Pex to Pex. These use ring crimps to attach the Pex to the fitting. So far these transitions have been going well; crimping is easy to do. This particular fitting is for Pex to Pex connections, so I've only used one so far as I'm doing home runs where possible. Recommended for these types of installations.

brand name and at a great price compared to the big box store.i tested one of these and a shark bite ring clamp using a Iwiss clamp tool and it passed the no go test. the wife even crimped it and said that was easy!i wanted to have this as an emergency parts kit in case i get a water leak because our house is completely Pex.

Easy to use. These connectors worked perfectly using the PEX crimp tool. No problems for a novice using it.
