Pay attention to the size of the container you need before purchasing. These are certainly on the small side but perfect for my injectable pen medication. One container will hold about a dozen pens before I have to dispose of the container.

These are a nice size and will hold all the needles you need to throw away. It has a nice lid that has safety locks on the top. When it’s full close the openings on the top, use duct tape to make sure the lid won't fall off, and throw it in the trash.

2 of the 3 items arrived in perfect shape and worked quite well and were easy to use. The lid of the 3rd item arrived broken likely damaged in shipping.

I use these for my moms insulin pen needles. I like the size, easy to dispose of at cvs bin etc.

These were smaller than expected. Will not hold a large number of sharps. Lip closure is wide enough but hard to snap on the container.
