  • This live center has a combination of needle roll bearing, P5 class ball thrust bearing, and deep groove ball bearing.
  • It's application to medium to high speed machining with heavy duty load on CNC lathe.
  • Adjustable needle roller bearing carry all radial loads while heavy duty ball thrust bearing carry all axial loads.
  • With external shrink sleeve on the needle bearing, the clearance of the needle roller bearing can be adjusted to improve the precision adn service life of the live center.
  • The rotation spindle is made from bearing steel with heat treated to HRc 60+/-2 for high rigidity and wear resistance.
  • Lubricant can be added into the live center body to maintain lubrication on the bearing.
  • Built-in oil seal protects bearing against ingress of coolant, dirt, and swarf.
