Excellent hinges. They are high quality, heavy duty hinges that exceeded my expectations. They are tight on the swivel, which is excellent for use because they do not feel loose like most hinges. I would highly recommend these. I used them as decorative hinges for my nightstands I built and stained. I ordered another set for my next project- shutters. I look forward to seeing them up on the shutters shortly. I will be using the same wood and stain. The Black is a semi gloss black, which is nice, though I would have liked them to be flat. The screws are black, although a different shade, which is noticeable in the sun- is not noticeable in the lighting of s bedroom. Would still highly recommend these. When I finish my shutters I will add another pic.
