I use this on my Sheepadoodle to do a first cut on him. These things cut amazingly well, however I would strongly advise anyone that considers using this on a pet to be extremely careful. This is a dangerous tool that can do great harm to your pet. I only use it to do his main body and I can do in 10 minutes what takes me over an hour with standard clippers.I made a shoe to so that it cuts 9 mm. But you do not want to get near the ears or that web of skin by their front and rear legs.

Noisy. Heavy. But it cuts long hair pretty good. Will not work on delicate areas

My big OSTER CLIPMASTERS could not body clip my horse with cushings . These clippers clipped through his long matted hair like butter. not as smoothly finished as my clipmasters but they did the job. I’m grateful to have found a body clipping solution for him.

Bought this to shave my llama. Couldn't find anyone to shave her so I bought this which cost about as much and you can use it more than once. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be and am glad we bought this. Cuts like butter. Be careful on llamas with camel skin other than that its pretty easy.

Okay, first and foremost, I don’t own any sheep, cows, or horses. I do, however, own a 70 lbs. goldendoodle who eats dog clippers for breakfast. This sucker cuts through his fur like a hot knife through butter. It doesn’t overheat, it doesn’t get bound up, and it doesn’t catch. It does, however, weigh something like 5 pounds, so be ready for a good workout while you use it!
