You get two, which is a great deal. They're light and come with a carrying bag. With reasonable care they should hold up for normal use. These are replacing a stand over 50 years old, and will spend most of their life in a studio setting with some travel to gigs, and they look like they'll hold up. They're not iron and steel though, which is why they're light, so if you drop them out of a moving car, they may not hold up. Less stress than that, likely so.

I wanted a sturdier music stand, and this one is perfect. I was surprised at all of the features: sturdy, with strong spring music holders, multiple adjusting points, and even a separate music clip. I could have paid twice as much for all of this.

Good sturdy stand. I would give it more stars but it’s not wide enough for a small notebook holding sheet music. It comes with a clip to hold papers but it won’t work for a notebook. Its a good value for the money.
