It's a regulator, what else is there to say? It seems to be good quality and my house hasn't burned down so 5 stars. If my house burns down I'll come back and edit this.

I purchased a similar hose when I bought my Blackstone griddle and the griddle never seemed to get to maximum temperature. My son had purchased this hose with his griddle and even though our griddles are identical, there was a drastic difference in our surface temperatures. I finally purchased this hose and what a difference! The other one must have been badly restricted even though it looked fine on the outside. Very happy I decided to purchase this one.

I like to keep my propane bottle away from the grill . I used the propane line to get the propane away from my grill.

Having the larger tanks for my Blackstone elevates the need to replace smaller bottle weekly. The brass fitting tucks in nicely and tank goes below.
