The crate was shipped in a large flat rectangular shaped box. It was pretty heavy to move but manageable. We had to use a small little dolly though. Installation was pretty simple and straightforward. It was made of good quality metal and provided overall protection for my pet. I like that it has wheels so that you can move it one place to another. Also, the bottom can be removed and cleaned. Very convenient that it can be opened top or front side.

This dog crate is made from steel so I no longer have to worry about my dog chewing through plastic. It was easy to assemble, but I recommend having help because it is heavy. I like the fact that the finish is non-toxic, and it is holding up well to teeth and claws. I also like that the top opens for feeding and cleaning.

Garbage. Do not buy this if you have a big dog. The hinges broke the very first day I used it.

Let me start by saying its not indestructible its really not that heavy duty. The plastic tray came broken so it already wasnt a good start.It comes with zero instructions so theres that. The dog stands on a wire rack and the plastic tray goes under (as shown on ad pic) My 80 pound German Shepard bent that rack and ate the plastic and managed to flip it and got out. How I still dont know. Considering the thing is held together with allen bolts I shouldnt be surprised. I have now zip tied the rack to the frame and everywhere possible to make sure it stays together and she cant escape again.There are much better options out there, maybe not on amazon but there is. If you have an escape artist this might not be the kennel for you. The only reason it has 2 stars is because I love the fact the top opens and I can give her stuff to chew that way. The locks on it are slider locks so thats another thing to be weary on.

Two negative things:1. Although the wheels "lock", the whole crate slides around with extreme ease (I have laminate flooring). I didn't leave the wheels on and just put grip pads underneath.2. The metal crate pan that the dog stands out slides out with ease too. There is no latch to lock it in place. First time my dog was in his new crate, he slid both the metal crate pan and the plastic catch pan out and escaped from the bottom. Very poor manufacturing design in that regard. I just put padlocks on them to hold them in.Other than those, it holds well for a wolf-hybrid.

this is a very solid dog cage. the last one we had, we paid almost the same price and it was flimsy. the bars on this one are solid. i also like that you can open the top, it has solid wheels, and has a tray underneath.

Besides going out to get a specific Philips screwdriver to fully assemble this crate, it's actually not bad at all. Very sturdy, has plenty of room inside and at the bottom for a cushion or bedding of your choice, the bars aren't too far apart or close together, and the wheels work just fine on wooden and tile-based flooring (though they get really stubborn if the dog is inside, on carpet, on concrete, or a rug). Wish it came with a little tray or some built-in stilts to place their food and water in, but it's fine. You can pop open the top just fine which makes cleanup much easier, and I personally like the extra lift the bottom has. If you have an extra large dog (ie our 132 pound great pyrenees), this will be a very tight fit for them unless you opt for light bedding. And even so, it was still really uncomfortable for our girl. For large sized dogs 100 pounds and below, this will be perfect for them. However, due to the tight fit, I will keep looking for a bigger crate and give this one to our dog's puppies. Will serve me well while i crate-train them, at least. But besides that, this is pretty nice and well made.

This crates really nice! It looks a lot nicer than the flimsy wire crates. It's easy to put together an easy to clean! It's a great size but it's not too big!
