Takes out the harsh tugs from pot holes and bridge transitions. Towed a Fiesta from California to the east coast, 2600 miles. Made for a more comfortable ride. Reduced fatigue. I purchased direct from the factory. Heavy hitch, so it should last a very long time. I used a small cheap 12vdc air compressor and it had no problem inflating the air bag.
