This is a very basic but versatile charger that can handle a number of different voltage settings. This is not a smart charger, so you must use it properly knowing that it will simply indicate when the battery reaches its full charge voltage and you must remove the battery. The batteries themselves test out to an average of 620mAh under a 100ma load to a terminal voltage of 2.5v. These could likely produce the full 650mAh capacity if taken to a lower voltage, but that would not be safe for the cell and would reduce cell life. All-in-all this is a good buy.

It doesn't work. I put 4 batteries in the device and they never did recharge after 24 hours.

This charger is basically just a current limited supply at something approximating the selected voltage. It does not do any sort of charging algorithm at all and once charging is done it leaves the voltage applied indefinitely, which is not good for Lithium-ion or LFP batteries. In addition, in my testing, it charged the LFP batteries to 3.698V and held it there, not the 3.65V it was supposed to go to. A proper charger only needs to charge LFP to 3.55V hold that for 2 hours, then turn-off. Or charge to 3.65V and immediately turn off when the voltage is reached and current drops to near zero. This charger does NOT do this. It leaves the target voltage applied indefinitely.Needless to say, this puts a lot of unnecessary stress on lithium batteries. Is the charger still usable? Yes, just barely. You have to remember to unplug it when charging is complete and it would be a good idea to do it ASAP after charging is complete.I don't recommend this charger. Its too bad, because most lithium-capable chargers for individual cells default to lithium-ion rather than LFP and require holding a button down for 10 seconds every time you want to charge LFP (which is incredibly dangerous for LFP batteries if a person forgets or power is intermittent and resets the battery type), and this one you can just set a manual selector. But because it doesn't turn off at the end of charging, it is just about as bad as the others.

Works. Doesn't seem to take long to charge like my old one. I like the multi function for different size V all in one charger.

The batteries performed like they said, used them this winter and they hold a charge well in this cold weather, I would recommend them to anybody I talk too.

The solar lights have been disapppinting even after charging the batteries…not working consistently
