Not that I need to dangle my work boots from this device, but I wanted to test how strong it is and how difficult it is to attach them, which are a couple of things others seemed to have problems with.For difficulty, well it was a bit tough since the work boots are thicker than my running and bike shoes. I had to remind myself how this device works with nothing inserted, but once I did that and gave it a pretty firm tug, I got the boots secured.I was a little worried, given some statements about them breaking, that I was over stressing the plastic, but I attached the carabiner clip to a cargo hook in my Outback and drove around town with the boots dangling on there, and never saw an issue. Came home, released the clasp and everything looks fine.When you first get these, they provide a couple extra sets of grips with "teeth" that are taller than the ones that come installed, I guess in case you have some extra thin material to clasp, or maybe extra spongy, I don't really know. The installed ones were plenty graspy for my test. I was glad someone mentioned these extras because there weren't any instructions telling me what they were for. I suppose I would have figured it out eventually, but at first sight I didn't know what they were.All-in-all these will serve me better to keep my bike shoes together than the way I was doing it, which was to mate up the hook-and-loop straps from each shoe and hang them over my handle bars. Now I can attach these to a wall hook instead.It's a tiny cost in order to be more organized. A good example of how sometimes it's the little things that make us happy.

This is a handy clip to carry your shoes around with you. Instructions were not printed on the box or included inside, but the production description shows how to open the clip to clip your shoes together. (FATTY B's review video is also helpful to watch.) The bottom on top of the shoe clip opens the jaws so you can insert your shoes. They did include different rubber grip sizes so you can adjust the shoe clip to fit your different shoes. The carabiner clip makes it easy to attach the shoe clip to a bag or belt.

This item is bulky. The place designated to place your shoes is awkward. The unit comes with extra shoe stabilizers which let me know that those pieces are easily lost. The best part is the carabiner which I would use to clip my gym shoes on and to my bag.

This wasn't a problem that I was looking to solve; but not that I have them, I'm not sure how I got on without them. Super simple clip that makes carrying shoes just that much easier, not that it's hard to carry shoes. I had really low expectations for this clip, so maybe that's why I'm so impressed with them. I got the clip for the kid's shoes (basketball, cleats, boots) just so we would stop spending 10 mins before and after every game/practice watching them wrestle their shoes out of/into their bag (kid is young, we're progressing though). The clips are kind of pricey for what they are, but boy 'o boy are these going to be my go to for stocking-stuffers. Will be picking up a couple more of these. They are all plastic so longevity is a concern but if they can hold up to a couple of soccer and basketball seasons, they'll be well worth it.

Sometimes I don't know I need something. This handy-dandy little gem is one of those things.I use it for my water sandals. I use it to hook my large-brimmed sun hat to my day pack. It works extraordinarily well my rain poncho that needs to drain in my shower after I've used it.This is a brilliant little thing-a-ma-jig, and I can easily take it with me -- fits in the shoe pouch in my travel bag; fits in my day-pack; fits in my over-the-shoulder purse to carry; and then hooks (with it's carabiner) onto my belt; pack strap; on the hotel room towel latch; at home on a peg-board hook.Now that I have it, I need it!

I've got ADHD. having what I need on me when I need it, is a problem. Having things that I could set down and walk away from, is an even bigger problem.These can solve both of those issues for me, depending on the circumstances. I wish I had them in high school to use for gym shoes, or practice gear for after school.Just looking at the clip itself when empty, it looks bulky, but it works, so I'm not complaining.I would recommend this item to anyone on the go, or anyone with ADHD.

This is a great idea that was executed well. I usually have a separate drawstring bag for my cleats that I also hang on my other bag, this more or less replaces the drawstring bag but is nicer because it doesn't hang as low. You line your shoes up on the ground, push down until you hear a click and you are good to go. When it's time to remove them push the oval-ish button and it releases the shoes. Simple yet effective, like a lot of good products.
