Multi-applications
The delta quick link is strong and is a great way to attach a flat resistance band to an exercise bar. The width of the resistance band should be smaller than "L2" or "L3" in the below size diagram.
This chain link can also be used for hanging a swing, hammock, or working with a lifting machine.

Was surprised how nice and heavy they were! Can already tell it’s a solid piece of equipment. I’m using it for my exercise bands with a power lifting bar and a weighted chains collar. So I can use my slater power strong man log with or without chains added bands or chains and bands. These bad boys are going to allow me to have resistance and weight! Super excited!!!!

I was so excited to stumble across these. They are perfect for connecting three chains on my swing seat. Two chains on each side of a wooden plank seat to the single chain that extends down from the top brace.So happy!

I bought these to use with an exercise bar I’m using with X3 bands. These are big enough to easily fit the largest bands into. They’re solid, well made and could hold a lot more weight than I will ever put on them. 5 Star Product. I’m well pleased with these.
