This plant arrived safely 2 days after placing the order. A few leaves were damaged, but overall it is vibrant and healthy. The photo was taken 1 hour after opening the package. The plant fills the 4†pot. Very pleased with this purchase.

I received 2 really dirty boxes of String of Dolphin plants. Upon opening the boxes, there was dirt everywhere. Allover the plants, and in the boxes itself. These plants were not packed that well. Also, the dirt was dry as a bone. Now, let's get to the plants. I would think that whoever selected both plants would have made sure that they at least kind of matched. One plant is kind of full and it is much longer. The other plant is very sparse and short, and a lot of the stems have turned brown and have died. Most of the good stems have brown tips. I am still pulling dead stems out of the pot. This is making the pot even more sparse. I am so disappointed. I need to repot both because they are root bound in that dry soil. These were supposed to adorn both sides of a potted succulent garden I want to create. The short sparse one will not work. I don't know if I can rehabilitate that one. I would suggest that no one should order from this company since they don't seem to care about the condition of their plants. I would send them back but I had to throw away those dirt bound dirty boxes. 2 stars is for the plant that is longer and fuller.Update: Both String if Dolphins were so root bound and dry as a bone. I am very good with trailing plants. These 2 are turning brown and dying. Do not order String of Dolphins from this company. What a waste of $22.16.2 week update: I was sent 2 replacement string of dolphins. These 2 ate not doing too good. I think the whole batch at the company must be sick. These 2 plants were very sparse and it looks like they are slowly dying no matter what I try to do to save them. They just can't be saves.

This is the first plant I have ever bought from Amazon and I was a little skeptical. I spent weeks searching for a string of pearl plant for my best friends birthday and couldn't find one in any store. Amazon was the only reasonably priced options. When the plant arrived it was all still intact and looked healthy. This plant is THRIVING in my best friends house now. It has probably tripled in size now. I highly recommend buying this plant because it is beautiful.

Update: Company replaced plant with a larger, healthy plant. They were quick to respond and made things right. Thank you!Received the plant in a small box. Dirt had fallen in the box but that was expected. The plant was extremely dry. Gave it a bit of water and put it on a table with some other plants that are thriving. Today I took a closer look at the plant and many of the string of pearls are dying. Very disappointing. I am changing the location of the plant to more of the west side and hope it will do better. To include a plant care sheet would be nice.

This was the first live plant I ordered from Amazon and even though I had heard good things about their live plans, I was still skeptical. But this one arrived healthy and beautiful and is absolutely thriving even after several months. The only complaint is that the delivery driver (I don't recall which company) delivered it upside-down, even though the box clearly indicated it was a live plant and which direction was up. The result was that the dirt was loose-ish and ended up intermingled with the succulent's "leaves" which was difficult to remove. Otherwise, it was perfect and it is very happy!

Dirt everywhere, inside of the box, falling out of the box. Shredded crinkled brown paper used to secure the plants in the box, so they didn't move around much.String of pearls:Scraggly, sparse plant. Some stems DOA, crushed between the pot rim and the packaging. It's down to a couple of stems that are still alive. Will they survive? It's not looking good.Calico kitten:In stark contrast, this one was full and looked healthy. A few stems here also got crushed between the pot rim and box, but it's minor compared to the string of pearls. The color is more green than red, but I'm hoping over time, with the proper care, there will be more red.

The plant arrived with shook up soil still moist and plant green and plump, but beaten up by shipping (took 8 days, across country). I'm assuming because it seems to be a young plant (stems are 2" or shorter), that the young, softer stems and leaves were easily disrupted. A lot of the tender stem tips and leaves fell off or were hanging by a thread. Packed with plenty of (too much?) zigzag paper for cushioning, which eventually bent and pushed a lot of the plant into the dirt, rather than cushioning around it. There are a lot of stems in the pot - had to separate and straighten them, and get them out of the dirt with a toothpick. Fingers too big to get in there without breaking more leaves off. Still plenty of healthy but stressed plant and dirt left. Hoping for the best after some coddling and care because it is as interesting a plant in person as in the pictures. **update - 2 days after arriving and the plant is really fading - lots of leaves shriveled on the stems due to damage where they connect to the stem. And the stems themselves are wilting. I'm afraid the young plant was too tender to travel well. It's not looking good for any kind of recovery.
