Good power for a compact size, great accessories and cord length. My Go-To for small to medium size clean-up jobs.

Have bought this same vacuum for another property 10 years ago and it is still going strong. This new one looks and seems to operate the same so looking forward to many years with it. It is light to carry. has good suction and we use it in reverse to blow leaves off our patio. You can blow and because the hose attachment is narrower than a traditional leaf blower you can control where all the stuff goes much better. We use this machine often and like its performance.

Excellent item. Light weight but picks up the dirt and dust better than my last vacuum cleaner that had a higher horsepower rating.

Having owned and worn out several 2 gallon Shop-Vac All-Arounds, I set out to buy a replacement, only to find they have apparently been discontinued. The EZ 1.5 was available, so I bought one before it was too late. Compared to my previous units, this 1.5 gallon unit is notably lighter weight and easy to carry. Suction was excellent (with a new bag). It's loud, but so were my older All-Around vacuums. A positive for this model is the blow port, which the old ones did not have. However, the port needs a baffle or deflector to dampen the air ejection when not used as a blower. The blowing action is strong enough at times to propel the vacuum cleaner on it's wheels. Second thing negative is the hose no longer locks in place as on the old All-Around, meaning the hose can pull out of the port rather easily. I may have to make a modification to hold the hose in place better. Third, it is stated that the cord can be wrapped around the unit for storage, but there is no track or guides on the case specific to holding the cord up in place. The switches were a weak item on the old units, but I can't say yet if this EZ has a more robust switch. We like this model, although had I found a 2 gallon version, I would have preferred that. Solid 4 stars.

Not as good as the older one I replaced this with. There is no screw on attachment for the hose to the canister. The hose is a friction fit only and pulls out when you pull the vac around by the hose. Very poor design in my opinion and not worth the money I paid.

This vacuum won’t pickup any type of dust, etc. it’s really a waste of money if you purchase. There is absolutely ‘no suction’ when using.Actually…I need to update this post…I believe we just had a bad product…the seller worked with us to get a new product and it works great! Changing my 1 star to be 5 star!

Has great features and price for a small Shop-Vac. I use it around the home for house cleaning. The vacuum is easy to handle with rollers. It's lightweight and picking it up is easy too. The accessories meet my housecleaning needs well. I use the floor attachment most. I use the brush for high jobs. I use the grabber attachment for big piles of dry trash. I use the slender attachment for cleaning window sills and my car. The paper bag is easy to change. I haven't used it for wet pickup. So many uses, and such a small footprint. I would not attempt to use this in a shop with large volumes of debris, there are other Shop-Vacs designed to do that job. I recommend this Shop-Vac.

TLDR: If you're expecting a mini version of a shop vac, this is not it-keep looking.I bought this based on online review/ranking sites. I was deeply disappointed. It was a waste of money for my purposes.Pros:The combined reach of the cord length, hose length, and extensions was important for me.Feels like a sturdy build.Cons: poor design for dry vacI get better suction out of my $70 household vaccum cleaner than this machine. I can't attest to wet vac performance because I didn't need it for that.Unlike a typical shop vac, this machine requires bags for dry vac collection. The main failing is the lack of space inside the "bucket" for those bags to expand in. The motor/filter mechanism takes up most of the internal space leaving only a couple inches around the perimeter for the bag to expand in. If you try to vaccum anything other than dust, such as lint or cat hair, the bag clogs up quickly. The 6 inches or so surrounding the opening of the bag will get full, while the rest of the bag remains empty. For me, this happened within the first 20 minutes of use. I tried to shake the bag to break up the clog, manually expand the bag since the vaccum doesn't seem to create enough pressure to do so, nothing worked. I couldn't get the thing to suck up anything more and the bag was only 1/4-1/3 full. I didn't realize it used bags when I bought it, so I didn't have any backups on hand. I ended up dragging out my big, cumbersome, shop vac to do the job I intended this thing for. It was a total waste of money. This machine may work for wet vac, saw dust collection, and/or car detailing types of situations.
