Love it so much! I installed this by myself, 9 months pregnant. Husband did have time tighten some connections when he got home. I have had this for about 3 months now and haven't had any issues with leaking, or bad ducts. The box had everything I needed to install, minus the tools. It even came with plumbers tape! The only thing I'm not a fan of, is the shower wands holder is being held on by a sticker basically. It is holding up and hasn't come off, but I'm worried about what happens to my shower wall if I try to take it off. Overall, both the shower head and the wands work great, and it looks great! Even bought a second one!

Product is amazing and works great but had i taken my time and not just trusted the labels i wouldnt have put the holder for the hand held on upside down. The sticker saying “this side up†was on the bottom making me stick the product upside down. Bummer but it still works. Love the rain feeling. Water pressure is great but that depends on your existing water pressure. Product was not cheap feeling. Very happy and already recommended to family.

I was unsure about the quality when I ordered these (3) since they were so reasonably priced but I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice quality. Good flow and pressure. Easy to install.

Took 5 minutes to install. I removed the screened wire flow restrictor in the rainfall square. The tradeoff is you lose the rubber ring washer part which means you will have some leakage around the edge of the square. But what you gain is super strong flow and pressure and the rainfall feels more like a typhoon LOL. If you want drip, drip, drip in the rainfall then just leave it in.The handheld portion has 3 settings but will only use one of them. Comes with some Teflon tape for sealant and 2 extra washers.

“You see a lot of ads on TV about high-end jet or rain showers and how expensive they can be. I decided to buy this item, installed it myself, and my wife loves it!It significantly improves the water pressure and provides a luxurious shower experience. I highly recommend it, but be sure to follow the instructions carefully and have the right tools for installation. Take your time—pipes need to be sealed and tightened properly, but not so much that you risk damaging the unit.Overall, a great purchase for upgrading your shower without the high cost!â€

We've had the shower installed for about a month now. It works OK, but there are issues.It's leaked from the joint above the rainfall head since it was installed. We tried to install both with and without plumber's tape, but it just leaks.We call it our 007 shower. Have you ever seen the videos of water cutting machines? There is a nozzle directly below the inlet pipe on the rainfall head (it's in the middle of the shower head) and the pressure on just that nozzle will cut you in half if you stand directly under it. It's like a torture device from an old 007 film! But's it's a fun game trying to avoid that nozzle as you shower.Now let's talk rust. The joint directly about the torture nozzle (the inlet joint bringing the water in) is showing signs of rust. It's only been installed for 1 month. It's clear it's not going to last very long, but it's a usable cheap option. If you need something that lasts, then think twice.
