This is a simple analog radio, nothing fancy or digital. I was able to receive several stations even though my bathroom has no windows. I was a little surprised at the sound quality. It has a good spacious sound, not boxy like a lot of speakers of that size are.You must provide three batteries-too bad it isn’t rechargeable. That would be the only complaint I have. The radio is water resistant but not waterproof. You can use it in the shower and get it wet but you can't submerge it.

It doesn't seem especially well built, but it does appear to be waterproof. The sound is just okay, but how many radios out there are made to listen to in the shower. If that's your goal then this is for you!
