The waterflow was too strong on one of our shower header. Initially I wanted to get a flow restrict, and found this instead. This is very good quality and easy to install. So far we could control the water flow, every easy to adjust what kind of water flow you want. Very impressed!

It installs leak-free without tools, but does have a hex for a wrench if you don't have a lot of hand strength. The adjuster/valve is easy to use. It does introduce noticeable noise though.

I liked the ease of installation and use. It came with teflon tape, which is necessary to prevent leakage around the threads. I use the restricted flow to save water so I can linger in the shower longer without feeling like I am going to drain the swamp. Another family member likes the full strength flow, and this allows that without any restriction at all.

The only downside it the unit is a little heavy, but it is worth it to me for the solid valve.

This is easy to use and works great. Install it between the water pipe and shower head, and it allows you to control water flow, while still keeping high pressure heads keeping their utility
