I am welder. I got these for jobs that I need to fix other people's mess ups. Many times there are small spaces that needs welds removed and put back in. Works as intended.

The Si Fang sand discs were ordered for use with my drill in sanding smaller objects.This pack of sanding discs is a good addition to one's workshop especially if one does not have a rotary tool. I have a small, but powerful, drill and an impact driver that the shanks fit. The 1/4 inch, round shank might fit some larger rotary tools, though it is a little larger than the shank used in my rotary tool. However, it will fit my drill. The pack includes 5 different grit sizes with 10 pieces in each size. Each different size grit comes in its own plastic bag. In addition, the set includes the hardware & shanks for different tools. Also, these pieces can be used in speeds up to 25000 RPM which should be sufficient for most applications.The 40 course grit and 240 fine grit were used for testing. Since the sanding discs are made with alumina grains, the course grit was quick in cutting through wood and plastic that the discs were tested on. They were also used to remove some imperfections in the wood. This was not as successful, but it may be my limited amount of talent in this area. The 240 fine grit was used on a piece of wood as if it were being sanded prior to a 2nd coat of paint. The 240 fine grit provided a very smooth finish, and it would have been a proper result prior to applying paint.BOTTOM LINE: This is an effective & efficient set of smaller sanding discs and can be used with several different types of power tools. It comes with 5 different grits, and also has the hardware for use with the power tools. I liked this set, and at its current price it is a good buy. I would order this set again,....and again.

I absolutely recommend this 50pc 1in sanding disc set! You get a great variety of grits to cover all of your needs! They are easy to assemble for use and work well in our drill. The quality is great and the discs last a bit longer than I had expected. I have no complaints when it comes to these, very happy with them.

Sanding pads pop off easily. Manufacture can't even afford some super glue! Seriously, pretty bad when you're cutting corners on the glue!

These are well made and work great. Great for the DIY or small projects around the house. I use these with my Milwaukee die grinder and they work great and quickly.They wear out like any other sanding disc, but work well until they do. I have used quite a few of them are all have held up fine for my small projects so far. Will be ordering more.
