Mounted to shock bolt.vibration loosens hardware should’ve came with lock washers . Good buy

This is the second one I get and both have broken of 1st time I had to buy new lisence plate cuz it flew off before I knew2nd time luckily some one was behind me so I didn't loose it this timeBrok in the exact same place

It's not awful. Does the trick. However, I will be replacing with the TC Bros mount. This one has the same rough design, but isn't the tc bro rigid mount. My advice, go tc if you're looking for the quality, if you're looking to just have a mount this will do you fine.
