Item ordered on Sept 1st , shipped via UPS at extra 9.99 shipping on 9/4. The item was recalculated (DELAYED) estimated delivery time 3 times., Message on status that if package not delivery 9/11, I would be provided a refund. Finally delivered 9/11, I paid extra for shipping this is a JOKE.The item was prefect but use another SHIPPER.....

Large divot in the back of the marble strip. Wish that they would check the item before mailing.
