These are sturdy laces for roller skates. Beautiful bright pink... Decent length (Had to tuck them in the boots because cat wants to eat them:)

Nice laces. I ordered the size 108 because I wanted to have the laces remain in the eyelets when I loosened them. (I wear a junior size 5 Graf hockey skate.) I was previously using shorter laces that I needed to unlace the top 2 eyelets, then had trouble getting the laces back in the holes when I had my foot in the skate. These laces fit the job perfectly.

They were nice and long to use in my snow boots. It made getting my boots on so much easier, now I don't have to un-lace them. The laces are long enough to loosen them up to get my boots on and off and still use all the holes. And I loved the bright colors. The yellow laces really stand out on my black boots. Just what I needed.

Yellow is my new favorite color. I wanted better laces for my skates I use for roller derby. I'm a newbie and was told wax was better. I didn't think it would be a big difference. These laces stay put! I love that I don't have to hassle with tying them over and over again. Once is enough for hours of practice.*UPDATE *These took a beating and lasted longer than I thought. 10 months of rollerderby practice and some fun skating outside if practice. I'm ordering another 2 pairs of red laces because I like red and they're my team colors!

These are a great deal. You get two sets of laces for not much more than the price of one. They're great laces too. The colors are true, and they stay tied. I am very happy with my purchase.

I tried Howies Hockey waxed laces, before those I tried laces from my local Pure Hockey store. BOTH were disappointing for me, they did not have a sufficient amount of wax to their laces, they didn’t hold with the pressure I desire, slipping after a month of use.I browsed Amazon and took a chance on purchasing these laces, 2 pair for under $10 caught my attention. They couldn’t be any worse than Howie’s (?) Howies cost $6 each pair + taxes.I am very satisfied w these from Amazon, thick enough & plenty of wax also!!! If they perform as I expect for 6 months, I’ll be happy. I play 3 times a week, rotating two pairs of skates. I recommend these wax laces !

Decent laces, they seem like they’ll do the job. They don’t feel like they are waxed however.

We ordered the 72" lace length for our son's skates and they are a bit tough to lace up because of the wax, but they stay tight when you are lacing up. My only regret is getting the 72", that is not long enough for his skates.

Why bother writing a review for skate laces (because they are all pretty much the same) right? Not so. Been playing ice hockey for almost 50 years and these are the best at staying tight!! I love my Graf skates (several pairs and their original yellow waxed laces). But this pair of laces is even better. They are also waxed but slightly thicker than the original Graf laces; so maybe that's why they've been so good at holding tight. (Hope they are durable, as I've skated only a couple of times so far.) Just a heads up in case you really care about the colour (I don't), they are orange (yellow/orange) and NOT yellow - so not exactly as described/pictured.

Don’t be fooled by the ghetto packaging , these are every bit as good if not better than the highest end laces I’ve bought in hockey stores.
