Frequently problem answer

1. -Question: I have used this product 3 times and few "dimples" are already starting to tear away from the base.

-Answer: The mold may be stored quite a while and has been pressed down, and shapes changed. Please place it under the sun or place in oven or place in a high temperature. The shape then will be restored.

2.-Question: Please let me know the temperature of the mold can suffer.

-Answer: In general practice, can suffer within the temperature between -40~220 centigrade, in some case can suffer 260 centigrade. Please note silicone mold, which can suffer temperature higher than 260 centigrade (500 degrees fahrenheit) or temperature lower than -40 centigrade (-40 degrees fahrenheit), may be additive, is not 100% pure silicone.

3.-Question: Why the mold soft a bit?

-Answer: For flexible reason, we design the mold a bit soft, so you may easily un-mold. If you need a more sturdy support when transfer or move, you can put it on a tray or another mold.

Nice bakers mold. I actually use this to make fruit ice cubes and it is somewhat easy to remove. Very easy to clean. The items received though are a light rose pink they are not the bold pink shown in the product page.

I bought these molds for making soap, but I ended up using them also for making 100% beeswax candles. Turns out, they're wonderful for both, but I'll focus on candlemaking here because I think this usage is underrepresented.I looked at Youtube videos to find out how to get a wick stationed in the candle before pouring, but those advised puncturing the bottom of each mold cavity for the wick, pulling the wick through, then plugging the hole with clay, and I am not willing to do that. I was determined to figure out how to use the mold for candles without disturbing its intact use for making soap.I went through various options, including using my mother's crochet needles as wicking pins, before the "Duh!" phenomenon hit me. I discovered that if I take an ordinary wooden skewer (as used for kebobs) and take the candle out of the molds when it's very slightly warm (easy as pie with Baker Depot), the skewer cuts through the wax readily, and you can pull it out of the flat bottom of the candle. (Just make sure your primed wick is the same diameter as the skewer.)This worked perfectly, and because the wick slid through the hole so easily, there was no telltale space around the top of the wick. (My experience is that a wick primed with beeswax gets caught when inserted into a cold, fully hardened candle, so the hole has to be larger than the wick.)But again, this is specifically in working with a Baker Depot silicone mold. Judging from reviews of similar products, apparently not all such molds are created equal. I'm delighted to have found this brand, and--given the ease and minimal expense of its molds--am unwilling to try another brand when making soap or candles.

Timely delivery and very good packing for these molds. Impressed by the detail and the sturdiness of the silicone. So often we receive these molds sight unseen and you can't tell the sturdiness of the product, I was impressed. they were easy to fill and did not collapse in any way. Happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone doing DIY projects.

Parfait et démoulage très facile car à la souplesse de la matière contrairement à d'autres moules en silicones qui sont trop dur...
