The Silverwhite Bright was recommended to me by an artist I study under and she was spot on! As an artist still finding her way, I had tried every shape, size, length and price point and these are far superior to any. I wasn't familiar with "bright" and notice that many other brands' brights are made just like a flat but I definitely see and feel a difference with these brushes. Sadly, my searches are not turning up a size 6 and I'm seeing very few if any size Silverwhite out there at all. Once I sniff them out, I'll be sticking up for the future though! The hairs are soft but have enough structure to do finer lines and bend perfectly to twist a little for creating shapes such as leaves, petals, etc. I am SO happy with these brushes. I also appreciate the control I get with the long handle as I do tend to shake slightly. My hand is in much less pain after hours of painting because I'm not mindlessly kung fu gripping my brushes either. I'm a much more confident painter and at ease with my workflow.
