This is a really great bolster for yoga or anything else you might need it for! I actually use this for sitting on my couch to provide a nice sturdy support on my back. It took a bit to really expand to its potential, but once it did it’s been perfect. Love the color and how stiff it is. Great purchase!

It took 24 hours for the bolster to expand to its proper dimensions because it was in an airtight bag upon delivery. It works well for what you need it for but it is not the quality of bolster you would have at a yoga studio. The corners are sharp edged foam and the higher quality bolsters they are rounded. It does get the job done so I think it is of good value for the price.

lightweight,,great option if you are petite! Nicen& soft, enough firmness for Yoga practice & home use.only wish it came in more colors (like, maybe, purple)

After 8 days the bolster has expanded somewhat, but not to 5.5 inches and the foam is hard as a rock - not a classic yoga bolster. Also, it arrives ultra compressed, but Amazon dropoff at UPS (without packaging - I could never re-compress it) allowed me to return the item.

I truly want to love this bolster. The quality seems great, beautiful color, fabric is great. Unfortunately I got this for Christmas. Its now January 4th and it's still only an inch thick. I read reviews that it takes a few days so I was being very patient. But its not expanding to its full size. I'm not sure how to return it since it won't fit back into its packaging but it's also unusable.

I’m a recent certified yoga instructor and have been wanting a bolster to practice at home for myself and other students. So far it’s been great. It’s a bit firm but I personally love how it feels. Will be buying more since I love how it feels.

I weigh 128lbs. When I sit, this compresses to at least half, which is about 3-3-1/2 inches. Comes completely vacuum packed and compressed.
