The unit is very sturdy, holds a lot of heavy winter outwear on both sides PLUS accessories on lower shelf and the side grill. It was easy to assemble (took me about an hour or less; instructions and diagrams were very clear). The assembly tools were provided and each part was clearly labeled. I decided on this brand because I own their lighter, smaller rolling rack that is very handy in a tiny laundry closet. Please be aware that this rack it very large. The width comes to 40†once you hang your clothes on hangers. An average walk-in closet may not accommodate it. I had to place it in the living room because we lack closet space and only have a broom closet in the foyer. I must say it is huge. It fit 12-15 heavy jackets and coats comfortably on each side. The lower shelf is 39†long and 11†wide, so it would fit 2 medium/large fabric storage boxes, or about 6 pair of shoes or shoe boxes. You could probably double the shoe space if the height permits (the shelf is 12†high) and you purchase one of those canvas double shoe cubbies. This rack is heavy duty and I recommend it:

Quality is pretty good, it’s not really heavy duty so you have to be careful what you hang on it and you have to balance what you’re hanging on it so it doesn’t tip over. That said, it still works great for out of season, clothing or closet overflow.

The rack has a good design for hanging blouses and long coats on one rack. The hooks are a nice touch, too. The assembly instructions are clear enough, even though not all the parts are properly labeled. It's easy to figure out, however, with the diagrams; no big deal. However, be care when you are assembling it, because the parts are made of metal, I found a sharp edge on a post that I had to grind down with a tool. So, please take caution when putting it together, which took me around 25 minutes. I recommend this product.

Where do I start with this review? I got this dresser because it seemed like a good deal, it was one of the more affordable and sturdier looking ones. Upon opening the box, I was met with a MISSING part that I need to complete the build, aside from the missing part, I was also missing the instruction manual. I reached out to a the company and seller directly and I was met with nothing but emails and eventually a PDF of the manual via email and a gaslighting email that asked me to please double check my parts even though the build was completely finished and still missing that piece…. So no, this is not easy to use, this is not even a complete build, you might not even get a manual and reaching out to the seller is completely useless. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Easy to assemble, works well, 95% satisfied and good price for home use... only caveat regarding it is loading, having two bars are great, however you do need to balance the load between both bars, can't use just only one bar alone, because it will tip over... So it's great to have two bars, but you do have to use both. If it was only a single bar, it wouldn't tip over but of course it would only have half the capacity. 4.7 stars

Product seems sturdy, but not quite wide enough for two hangers to sit against each other which then limits the space or the point of having to rods to hang clothes on still on the fence about keeping

I just ordered two more, I have a shop, and this allows me to double my space when processing incoming shipments. The assembly was easy, and it took me only 30 minutes to assemble, very sturdy, great size, and I love the height for hanging dresses and coats. I highly recommend this product. Comes with a tool to tighten the wheels for stable support. This is definitely a 5 STAR clothes rack.

Acabo de comprar uno y a diferencia de otros que vi que el material era de mala calidad, este se ve muy resistente, estan soldados algunos tubos para su resistencia, muy facil de armar, lo volveria a comprar

Es un rack bastante útil, fácil de mover y resistente si lo que buscas es que este fijo en un lugar ni es tan recomendable, aguanta bastante ropa y lo puedes mover con facilidad.

Los materiales son de buena calidad pero frágiles, es como se muestra en la imagen, cumple con la función por completo, además de estar amplio puedes colgar mucha ropa
