you get a lot of nails in the five pound box. I didn't realize how small the nails are compared to a regular head 6d nail. Be prepared to bend more than a few as the stainless is very soft and the nail is very thin. I used them on Hardie cement siding and had to predrill the holes. Simpson has a slightly thicker nail for this application but I ordered these by mistake. Even with the predrilling, if you don't hit the nail square, it is going to bend.

Used these nails for some bevel cedar siding. They are perfect. Nice small head so they are not that visible but big enough to pull siding to the wall.
