Absolutely hands down the best concrete anchor around. I’ve been using these for years to install “free standing” handrails in concrete. I have the handrails made by a welder for stair and ADA applications. I have used in new construction for both structural and non-structural applications. Simply drill the holes using an SDS drill the exact size of the anchor and install the anchor with a battery operated impact driver and socket. These Work!

The screw was the best concrete anchor I've used to date but Simpson should print the drill bit size on the box.I found the correct size finally after several searches.
