We switched to baskets with parchment paper instead of paper plates, and couldn't be happier. I love how sturdy they are but please take note that they are wire inside, not wood wicker!

I bought these for Thanksgiving rolls. They look more like something you would get a hot dog in a fast food restaurant and about that same size. A little too small and very plastic feeling. At the price point, I guess I shouldn't have expected much more.

We switched to these instead of normal proofing baskets and I am so glad we did! Bread proofs great and is less messy with these.
