This sink protector is for a small sink in the laundry room. The previous protector (first photo) is made of a silicone-like material and would get mold on the underside. The new stainless steel (SS) protector (second photo) is a great fit, drain-hole placement perfectly aligned with the sink, and the small grates do not allow grime to accumulate. Will be easy to clean since the protector is dishwasher sized. Feet will protect the basin from scratches and the size is perfect for this sink. Was able to find this unit at the Amazon Warehouse providing additional savings and value. The SS protector showed no signs of use or any damage. SS sink protectors last a very long time and the additional cost for SS over silicone protectors is worthwhile.

Fits perfectly and looks nice. I like the space between the rack and bottom of sink. No mildew like plastic ones and its easier to keep my sink clean. I am very glad I bought this!

Feels much more substantial than my old sink rack. The rubber feet are stable and more sturdy as well. I chose stainless this time, instead of another white vinyl-coated rack because the coating eventually splits and peels, and the wire underneath rusts. Hopefully this new, solid stainless steel rack will last longer. The larger size fits my sink better, especially the square size with rounded corners and center drain hole.

This item fits my double sink perfectly. The gauge of the wire, coating, and overall quality are excellent. I wish they made a companion in sink dish drainer.

While I did not get the same item as pictured w/12 feet. Mine has 4. The sink protector does seem fairly sturdy and very shiny (only 2 days old). I was initially very upset about not being able to get the sink strainer up through the hole to put the garbage down the disposal, BUT! I finally dawned on me to put the strainer in the sink protector!!! It fits perfectly! It then leaves the space (1/2") under the sink protector for food particles to flow to the garbage disposal opening. I changed my mind, I think I really like it! I have never seen a sink protector arranged this way and happy to give it a shot! The strainer installed in the sink protector does well at keeping spoons and forks from going down the disposal! Funny! Maybe they should advertise it this way!
