Great converter from a bottle to a sippy cup, but only mostly spill proof. If the cup is sideways or upside down, the liquid will dribble out the slit in the top. And if your child squeezes the main squishy part of the bottle, it will squirt out!

This is a nice transition to sippy cups as it attaches to the comotomo bottles. Unfortunately, my daughter bit holes in the spout right away which caused them to leak everywhere. She is a year and a half old.
