I purchased the SiriusXM SXDH3 Satellite Receiver for a vehicle application. The installation was absolutely seamless and trouble free. In fact after getting the unit up and running in the vehicle I expanded the receiver’s use to a home and garage application. All three applications work perfectly and are supported by one single XM Sirius subscription. The unit has been in service for several months with no disappointments. With COVID 19 restricting my business and vacation I was seldom using the radio in the car. I bought the home kit adapter so I could listen inside when not ion the car. Works well, comes with antenna, power supply, remote and cables The remote control makes it convenient to change channels, or mute when I do not want to listen to promos. Good choice as I had been thinking of cancelling my subscription since I was hardly ever in the car this year.

I bought this not knowing about the app you can use, but to me it was worth the money for the remote. I put some sticky back velcro stripping from the local auto shop on the back of it and stuck it by my shifter to keep it from getting lost. I have currently have my radio stuck onto the center passenger vent as to not block mine and its a bit of a reach so this kit is worth the money just for the remote and the ability if I wanted to bring the radio indoors.

Kind of sucks how the power cord adapter dose not even fit the docking station!!!! Update: They are sending me the correct adapter. Customer service is very fast. I appreciate that.

Works great with the Stratus 7, just what I neededUPDATE APRIL 2016: I move this between 3 different locations in my house, after 8 months the sound mini plug gave up.Constantly unplugging/replugging broke the plug loose on the circuit board, no fix.I bought another home kit and short extensions for the sound and antenna plugs so I am not movingthe plugs directly into the dock. The unit works great but I would recommend the extensions to avoidplugging directly to the dock if your moving it a lot.I always left the power cord on the dock so it wasn't at risk

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! Took me less than 10 minutes to get it hooked up and turned on and IT WORKS!!! I am not tech oriented so this was very easy. If you can plug in an appliance, you can use this!!

After only 41 days, this product failed. I purchased a warranty from Asurion through Amazon and they will not honor this warranty. Don't buy a warranty from Asurion, they are a ripoff.

I wanted music and news while working in my wood working shop. Satellite radio with a portable receiver/tuner and a docking station made perfect sense. No wires to run, no expensive radio receiver or cable service to pay for. I already had Serius XM receiver in my truck, so I easily move it to shop or back to truck as needed.

I am very pleased with my new Sirius Xm satellite radio home kit. The function buttons are easy to use and the screen is very clear. I also like the choices of screen color. Excellent product.

Hi. The home kit was for my husband. He is visually impaired and he already had one . He was hoping the controller had volume control,but it does not. It is working out well as he does not have to moves everything from the den to the bedroom now in the evening. Thank you for the e-mail and all is well. Elsie Howey.
