Wow. Really nice product. Movement is buttery smooth and knobs turn nicely. Really well made and the packaging was exceptional. I returned the K&F version and bought this instead. Very happy.

This is a rugged gimbal that easily manages my Sony a6700 with a Sony 200-600mm lens. The gimbal allows me to easily locate and track birds in flight for photos and videos. The large knobs make it easy to lock in the gimbal even when wearing thick gloves. Highly recommend this product.

This is an excellent piece of equipment. My previous gimbal was very cumbersome. This is easy to carry and use.

I bought this gimbal for use with my Sony A7III and the FE200-600 lens. When I set it up as described, it would not balance when the tilt locking knob is completely disengaged. The foot is too short for the camera and lens to be moved far enough back in the mount to achieve balance. I purchased the longer Leofoto replacement foot and tried it. The Leofoto is long enough, but unfortunately, it has a heel that sticks out and does not allow the lens to move above 60 degrees of elevation without hitting the base of the gimbal. I then tried the Wemberley AP-620 replacement foot. It is long enough to achieve balance and does not have a heel. It works nicely and I was able to balance the camera and lens in the gimbal. My only remaining complaint with the gimbal is the mounting platform vertical adjustment. It does not have any dampening. As soon as I loosen the platform locking knob, gravity drops the platform into the lowest position. This does not lend itself to minor adjustments and can be very cumbersome when trying to adjust a heavy lens.In regards to customer support, I reached out to Siriu to see if they could offer any suggestions. I could not find a support link on the Sirui website and ended up sending an email to their sales department. I received a response the next day from someone in Germany. It was of little help. Their follow-up questions, such as "what is the weight of the lens", were a waste of time. They could have been resolved with a simple online search. It took nine days to exchange three email messages with them. I responded almost immediately. They waited days to reply. Although they advertise this product as a "perfectly fit with a mirrorless camera and compatible 200mm-600mm telephoto lens." They have obviously never tested this claim with the Sony 200-600mm lens and stock foot. Actually, I'm not sure if they tested it at all. I can't find another "200-600mm" mirrorless camera lens on the market. So I'm unsure of the basis of their claim. In summary, it's a decent gimbal for the price. But the marketing materials are either based on faulty testing or failed to disclose that the results were dependent on the use of a third-party lens foot. In addition, one of the main adjustments (locking platform elevation) is difficult to use with heavy lenses. A more accurate rating is probably closer to 3.5 stars. Given that the gold standard gimbal, the Wimberley WH-200 is near twice the price at $595, I am generally satisfied with the Siriu gimbal at $299. I did have to spend an additional $79 on the Wimberley foot to make it work. However, I would have probably bought it anyway, as the stock foot is not Arca-Swiss compatible.

I'm using this gimbal (PH-10) with my Sony a7iii and Sony 200-600 lens. I have the Sony GPX1EM Grip Extension attached the camera body for a more comfortable grip, and this adds a little weight on the back end. I'm able to balance the combination almost perfectly. When you're at the extremes: pointing the lens down (forward) or up (backword), there's a little tendency to continue rotating in that direction when you let go of the camera. This is because the lens mount on the 200-600 is just slightly too tall and puts the vertical center of mass a few millimeters too high...even at the lowest vertical setting on the gimbal. A little bit of tension on the gimbal's upper knob stops this, while still allowing free range of motion. This could probably be fixed by replacing the lens foot with a shorter one...if only Sony made their feet arca-swiss compatible, everyone would be happy.

The stopping knob that locks the rotation no longer works. I can lock it from rotating or remove it from my tripod. I need support but the company keeps sending me away to other email addresses. I first contacted to company directly then they said to contact an Amazon support email then they said I need to contact Video Camera Center which was the seller on Amazon. They haven’t got back to me so I decided to leave this review. Hopefully they solve the problem. But I think the company directly should have fixed this without going through 3 different tech support options. For the record, I did really like how compact and light this gimbal was. Hopefully I can get it fixed or a replacement.

Sending it back for return. It is SO NICELY MADE. LIGHT... all the reasons I bought this one (along with it's low price). But there is no tension between loose and locked. I need some friction to keep it smooth and slow. So returning it and spending over 600.00 on the highest rated... it will be HEAVY, it's not carbon fiber = ( but IT DOES THE JOB from what I read/see.If I wanted a show piece THIS IS IT. If you want a wildlife gimbal for stills and video with slow smooth friction drag. THIS ISN'T THE ONE FOR YOU.UPDATE: the wimberley arrived and is worth the extra money. Not as pretty, not as light, not as low priced but FLUID AND SMOOTH. Glad I made the jump.

The head feels sturdy, and well built. There is no looseness to the fittings and the tightening of the knobs works as you would expect from a very good head. I cannot speak to the durability yet. A point that should have been made clear: the base does not fit a Canon 5D body, with the plate provided. It took me a little bit of head scratching until I concluded that I should have to purchase a separate plate that is longer than the one supplied as the Canon body jams in the bracket preventing it from tightening. This is not a problem with longer lenses that are equipped with a tripod ring, but if you plan to shoot shorter primes, you might run into this issue with normal SLR bodies--at least that is the case with the 5Dsr. The plate supplied is 8.5 cm and it is just too short. I ordered a 10cm one which I expect should do the trick. Apart from that, the head feel like it is very well constructed. It is my first gimbal head. I will not be able to fit by other cameras (Mamiya and Linhof 6X17) so I will also bring a location ball head with me to alternate. This is not a problem with just this head but seem to be a gimbal issue in general.

Excellent produit, très bien fini et super précis.Associé à un gros téléobjectif, il semble bien à l'aise dans les mouvements...et ses gros boutons de blocage restent bien pratique.Je recommande ce produit. C'est du solide, c'est du Benro...!
