We are family owned and operated with over 30 years experience in manufacturing. We import a lot of our components but most of our finish work is done right here in the US. I got this for a friend who's an avid Oregon Duck fan. It's actually for his 8 month old son. My friend was thrilled that his son's very first tooth brush is a Duck tooth brush. He said, "WHERE on earth did you find this?" Amazon.com I LOVE you! It was wrapped in sturdy plastic for sanitary protection and I was very happy about that & the plastic was clear so my friend could see what it was. I was impressed that the colors were so deep & rich...that's important to a Duck fan that the shades of green and yellow be true.

So, do you NEED a special toothbrush to brush your teeth? No, probably not. However, these are a great stocking stuffer for Christmas if you have Penn State fans in your family. All our kids went to PSU so they all smiled when they opened them. So, I would say they are giftable, or if you just want one for yourself.
