This design is great for comfort while carrying as a pack and fits everything. Once you get your skis out, it's really top heavy though. Zippers are sturdy, boot compartment is lined and it held up well this wet season.I was able to fit:1 pr size 8 ski boots (with extra room to size up)1 jacket+snow coveralls (size L)2 sets under layers, 2 prs gloves, helmet, hotties, goggles & a couple snacks. There really is more space for a couple more things, and/or larger sizes

Great bag, holds my size 13 boots, helmet goggles, shell and more. Sternum strap makes the shoulder straps stay in place. multiple zippered compartments make staying organized easy.

Great ski bag! Used it to climb Mt. Hood and ski down. Fit my skis, boots and clothes perfectly. Straps were comfortable. Zippers are great. Very happy with this bag!

Very good. An eternal helmet support would be perfect.

After years with my previous bootbag I decided to make a change. I wanted a bag with one boot compartment and enough space to hold my helmet and other gear. The 50L bags on the market are a bit small for my boots. This one has more space.I wish there were a few more mesh compartments inside the top, but overall my gear fit nicely inside.

This thing is really nice. Lots of space to put things and the zippers are buttery smooth to use.

First of all, I love the colors of this bag, It doesn't just look great though, it does everything it promises. This bag is capacious, I mean huge. Every bit of 70L. It's made of very sturdy polyester material, which lends great durability and ruggedness. There are lots of zippered compartments, to hold everything you could want. The large boot compartment has some grommeted holes in the bottom to drain snow that may still be stuck to your boots. All the compartments are lined and most are padded as well. Even the zipper pulls are well designed, large "U" shaped silicon pulls attached via sturdy poly cord, these can be easily opened with gloved hands. There are non-slip foot pads to protect the bottom.Other nice touches are a chest strap to keep the padded vertical straps from slipping to the side, and also a waist strap to transfer some of the load from the shoulders to the hips. There are also straps that can be used to affix a pair of skis or a snowboard. So far in preparation for ski season, I've put my boots in the bag, along with 2 pair of gloves, my helmet, heated socks and regular socks, a pair of lined snow pants, and more, and I still have tons of room left.Despite all the features and the huge size, the empty pack only weighs 3½ lbs. This is an awesome pack, it's so well constructed that I feel sure it could withstand being checked baggage on an airplane. It's said to be waterproof as well, though I didn't test that, it is definitely water resistant. If you are looking for a humongous backpack for all your ski equipment IMO you don't need to look any further.

I can't say anything about the usefulness of this pack for actually transporting ski gear... I simply wanted a big backpack for traveling. This thing is big and if you're careful, you can stuff LOTS of stuff into it. Lots of compartments to make use of. The straps are padded enough to make carrying adequately comfortable for moderate time/distance - but don't think you'll be hiking 20 miles a day with this pack.
